Dear Universe,
It's been a long time since I've addressed you directly. Too long, really. Sorry about that. Been busy with life and work and family and all that... blah blah blah. Shitty excuses, am I right?
I think it's time I take a moment to say thank you to you, Universe. Thank you for bringing me the thing I have always dreamed of - a love that even time would lie down and be still for.
This man right here
is the love of my life.
He is everything I always wanted but thought I would never find. Everything I wished I was worthy of but, deep down, felt like I didn't deserve. He is the one that makes me better. He is the one that completes me.
This is what Compassion looks like.
This is what Faith and Temperance looks like.
This is what it feels like to be able to rest peacefully in the arms of the one I love, knowing that I am 100% protected and cared for.
So thank you, Universe. The love you have gifted me with has changed everything. It has made my heart whole, and created the most wonderful family unit that a girl could ask for.
